Are Nujoom and Theomare run by the same people?
Yes. TheomareDesigns is one small UK-based studio. Nujoom Printables (kids' Islamic learning) and Theomare Designs (adult speech & presentation kits) are two brands under it. See our About page for the full story.
Where are you based?
United Kingdom. Print-on-demand paperbacks dispatch from our Printify production partners — typically the facility closest to your delivery address.
How do I contact you?
Email through our contact page. We aim to respond within one business day.
When does my PDF arrive?
Within minutes of payment clearing. You'll receive an email with a download link. Check your inbox (and spam folder if you don't see it).
What format are the PDFs?
A4 PDF, 300 dpi, printable at home in colour or black-and-white. They open in any PDF reader on any device.
Can I print as many copies as I want?
Yes — for personal use within your own household. Please don't share, resell, or redistribute the file.
Can I re-download my PDF later?
Yes. The download link in your original order email remains valid. If you've lost it, email us with your order number and we'll resend.
How long does shipping take?
Typically dispatched in 3–7 business days from our Printify production partner. UK delivery usually arrives 1–3 business days after dispatch. International varies by destination.
Where is it printed?
At a Printify production facility — usually the one geographically closest to you, to minimise shipping time and carbon footprint.
What's the paper quality?
8.5" × 11" full-colour matte paperback on premium bright white paper.
What's in the bundle?
Both the printed paperback (shipped) AND the digital PDF (instant email). Bundles save 15% vs buying separately.
Why is the PDF longer than the paperback?
The printed paperback covers the core 24-page curriculum. The extended PDF adds bonus pages (extra activities, certificate of completion, additional content) — typically 12–13 extra pages beyond the printed book.
Can I return a printed paperback?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, in original condition. See our refund policy for the full process.
Can I refund a digital PDF?
Our checkout obtains your express consent for immediate access. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, this means once you've accessed the file, the 14-day cooling-off period no longer applies. If the file is faulty, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you're entitled to repair or replacement first, with price reduction or refund available if we can't resolve the issue — email us. If you haven't accessed the file yet and there's an issue, email us within 14 days.
