Shipping & Returns
How orders reach you, and how to send them back if needed.
We sell two formats: instant digital downloads and printed paperback workbooks (print-on-demand via Printify). Each is delivered and returned differently.
Digital Downloads
Delivery: Instant. Your PDF arrives in your email within minutes of payment clearing. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Returns: Once you've accessed the file (download link clicked), the standard 14-day cooling-off period no longer applies because you gave express consent at checkout for immediate access (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). However, if the file itself is faulty (broken, wrong content, doesn't open), your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund still apply — email us and we'll resolve it.
Printed Paperback (Print-on-Demand)
Production: Each paperback is printed individually after you order — typically 3–7 business days from order to dispatch.
Shipping: Dispatched from our Printify production partner, usually the facility closest to your delivery address. After dispatch:
- UK delivery: typically 1–3 business days
- EU delivery: typically 5–10 business days
- US delivery: typically 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: typically 10–20 business days
Exact delivery times depend on your address and the courier. Tracking is provided where available.
Returns: 30 days from delivery. Item must be in original, unused, resaleable condition. See our refund policy for the full process and exceptions.
Bundles (Paperback + PDF)
Each component is governed by its own rules above. The PDF arrives instantly by email; the paperback ships separately within 3–7 business days. If you return the paperback portion of a bundle, the PDF portion remains non-refundable.
Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days beyond the expected dispatch window, email us with your order number. We'll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement if needed.
